巴西5家行业协会联合反对对稳定币交易征收金融交易税

Gate News 消息,3 月 15 日,巴西加密与金融科技行业协会 ABcripto、ABFintechs、Abracam、ABToken 和 Zetta 发表联合声明,反对将金融交易税(IOF)扩大适用于稳定币交易。上述协会代表巴西超过 850 家企业。这些协会认为,将稳定币交易纳入税收范围将与巴西现行的法律框架相冲突,并损害该国的加密行业。其认为该举措可能违反巴西宪法及 2022 年通过的《虚拟资产法》。据巴西联邦税务局的一名审计员称,巴西每月加密市场交易规模约为 60 亿至 80 亿美元,其中约 90% 为稳定币交易。
