資產管理巨擘貝萊德（BlackRock）周四推出「iShares 質押型以太幣信託 ETF（ETHB）」，上市首日繳出亮眼成績單，單日成交額超過 1,550 萬美元，為機構資金進駐以太坊生態系寫下全新里程碑。
彭博（Bloomberg）ETF 分析師 James Seyffart 在社群平台 X 上發文指出：「目前絕大部分交易已經完成，交易額達到 1,550 萬美元。」
他補充說，對於首日上市的 ETF 新兵來說，這絕對是「非常扎實的開門紅」。此外，James Seyffart 稍早也透露，ETHB 上市之初的資產規模就已超過 1 億美元。

ETHB 是貝萊德旗下第 3 檔加密貨幣 ETF，同時也是該公司首檔將質押機制納入 ETF 結構的產品。
具體而言，ETHB 將直接持有以太幣現貨，並將其中一部分的以太幣投入質押。換言之，投資人除了可以直接參與以太幣價格漲跌，還能額外享有質押所帶來的獎勵。
事實上，貝萊德早在 2025 年就曾暗示，有意進軍「質押型加密貨幣 ETF」這片藍海。根據向美國證管會（SEC）提交的最新版 S-1 註冊聲明書，為了替 ETHB 的上市鋪路，貝萊德早在今年 2 月就已經悄悄在市場上大舉掃貨、積極囤積以太幣。
具體操作方面，在正常的市場環境下，ETHB 會將手中 70% 至 95% 的以太幣投入質押，並保留剩下的 5% 到 30%，以維持基金的申購、贖回和日常流動性需求。
至於投資人最關心的「收益分配機制」，大約 82% 的質押收益將會按月發放給 ETF 持有者；剩餘的 18% 則分配給發行商與執行代理機構。

CFTC clarifies cryptocurrency margin rules: BTC and ETH capital deduction rate of 20%, permitting investment in the derivatives market
