- some form of a live product even if very janky

Chatting with the Governance team / Guardians shortly with a few goals in mind re: improving PoL efficiency
1) Removing vaults which have rampant action-based self-farming
2) Eliminating vaults which functionally hold vanity TVL generating no economic value
3) Promoting vaults which have demonstrated the potential to drive sustainable revenue from on or offchain sources.
In parallel, we'll be working to validate some of our thoughts on soft tweaks to PoL which would enable $1 in BGT emitted to return >$1 to the protocol and tokenholders over time.

The next step for us as a team + eco is to go from effectively offering public goods to directly capturing value.
Imo Bera has a unique opp to leverage the fact that PoL emissions go to apps, not just Bera staking.
It’ll be an attitude shift but a huge W if we pull it off properly.

Berachain has quietly added a 7 fig annualized rev stream in the past couple of months, and is in the late stages of adding another.

A new wave of Bera projects is slowly making their way to market, joining the eco as the OGs mature into steadily cashflowing businesses with sustainable revenues and rapidly expanding product lines.
They’re unscarred by words like “RFA” and “Boyco” and well prepared for an evolving face of crypto - less performative bs, less purely speculative games, more real products. They’ve got tailwinds behind them from mid 8 figs of DAT buys.
Many will miss some of the most obvious opportunities possible.

Quick status update
- exchanges and core partners have received binaries, should hopefully upgrade and enable deposits etc within the next day or so
- bridges should be live, LZ is up and Ethena has re-enabled transfers out of Bera
- is up to date, still some UI issues with Berascan I believe
- modifying some banners to indicate that network is back up
- some pricing is still likely weird between BEX being frozen, some APRs still off in Hub etc
Will continue to update as much as possible esp as we work on returning funds to users.
