My sleep score is in the 90s most days on my Oura. Here are 5 things I do every day:
I barely drink and I try to go to bed at the same time every day.
I invested in an excellent mattress plus pillow/blanket combo and I switched to lyocell duvets.
I always read 30 mins before I sleep (I know CT hates books with a passion)
My sleep stack includes Magnesium, Glycine and Tryptophan
I sleep in a completely blacked out room
