Many people enter the crypto space hoping to get rich overnight, but my years of experience tell you— the more eager you are to get rich, the easier it is to lose money.

I started out as an ordinary retail investor with only a few thousand yuan. Now my account remains steadily in the tens of millions. How did I achieve this? Honestly, I never obsess over "how much can I make in this wave," only ask myself "should I do this wave or not." True wealth growth is often hidden in the moments when you hold steady and do nothing.

**Stage One: Position Control and Practice**

With an initial capital of 1,000 USDT, I divided it into 5 parts, each 200 USDT. Every trade strictly set stop-loss and take-profit, no chasing, no resisting, no betting against the trend—only taking opportunities I understand. This stage is about practicing and familiarizing myself with market rhythm.

**Stage Two: Profit-Adding and Increasing Positions**

When the account reaches 10,000 USDT, control each position to about 25% of total funds. During trending markets, add positions in batches to capture the mid-trend golden profits. This is the real growth phase.

**Stage Three: Take Profit and Withdraw Funds**

After the account exceeds 200,000 USDT, I start locking in a portion of profits weekly and withdrawing. Not because I fear losses, but because I fear becoming complacent. Stability is the greatest gain.

**The Three Main Culprits of Liquidation:**

Chaotic position control without systematic management—never setting stop-losses, losing everything when a trade goes wrong—correct direction but dying on resisting positions.

There are no shortages of opportunities in the market, only discipline. Those who truly make money never believe in "one wave of huge profits," only in "long-term stability." No matter how the market fluctuates, grasp the essence of these three stages, and even small accounts can grow into large ones.

That's right, too many people can't hold their hands steady, and they collapse at the first sign of volatility. Exactly, stop-loss and take-profit are truly lifelines; many people die because they are unwilling to cut losses. A million-dollar account sounds impressive, but it probably relies more on luck, right? This kind of reasoning is seen every month, but the main issue is the lack of people actually executing it. The issue with resisting positions is really a terminal illness; everyone around me has been wiped out by it.

Sounds good, but what I fear most is this kind of "from thousands to millions" narrative. Someone always says this, but what’s the result? How many actually survive?

That's right, discipline is the key to survival. Chasing losses is truly a terminal illness; I've seen too many big players die because of it. Honestly, the more decisively you set your stop-loss, the longer you survive. Hold steady without moving? It's true, I've endured it that way too. There's a lot of talk, but few can actually follow through, brother.

That's true, but how many can actually do it? Most people, after hearing, still go all in.

Well, I've heard this explanation so many times, but less than one in ten actually follow through with it, haha.
