Gate.io News 17th January, the necessity review of the detention of Yin Xiyue will be held at 14:00 local time on the 18th. Earlier in the day, the Korean Supreme Prosecutors’ Office (abbreviated as the Prosecutors’ Office) applied to the Seoul Western District Court for a detention order against President Yin Xiyue on the grounds of ‘leader of internal rebellion’ and ‘abuse of power’. Subsequently, Yin Xiyue’s lawyer stated that Yin Xiyue would not attend the necessity review of the detention.
