Jin Shi Data News on December 26th, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced on the 25th that the 23550 icebreaker patrol ship ‘Nikolai Zubov’ was launched in St. Petersburg. Admiral Moiseyev, Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, said at the launching ceremony held at the Navy Shipyard that the icebreaker patrol ship will become the foundation of the Russian Arctic fleet, enhance the combat potential and capabilities of the Northern Fleet of the Russian Navy, and further strengthen Russia’s presence in the ‘Far North region’.
