On the one hand, Ping An Good Doctor has been losing money for many years, and only just started to make a profit in the first half of this year; on the other hand, the Dividend funds of Ping An Good Doctor do not come from the company’s own profits, but from the unused proceeds from the listing as well as the unused proceeds from the placement. There are many opinions in the market about this Dividend. In response, Ping An Good Doctor stated that the company’s current operating funds are sufficient, in order to repay the support of shareholders and increase the utilization rate of funds, the board of directors approved the distribution of special dividends.
