DailyNews

Odaily Planet Daily News According to a recent survey by foreign media, most economists expect the Fed to continue cutting interest rates next month, but due to the policies proposed by President-elect Trump, inflation may rise, and the magnitude of the rate cut in 2025 will be smaller than their expectations a month ago. Trump’s planned policies, including raising tariffs and cutting taxes, have led to a nearly halving of market expectations for the extent of interest rate cuts by the Fed by the end of 2025, to around 75 basis points. Market pricing indicates that the likelihood of a rate cut in December is now less than 60%. (Jinshi)
