On November 13th, Jinshi Data reported that Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), emphasized the need for a diplomatic solution to the Iran nuclear program before heading to Tehran. Grossi warned that the international environment is becoming increasingly tense and there is little room for maneuver. He pointed out that the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in 2015 has become a “shell” after the U.S. withdrew.
