Odaily Star Daily News Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said that Russian President Putin was joking when he said that Russia supported Democratic candidate Harris in the US presidential election in November. Putin’s comments prompted the White House to say that Putin should stop commenting on the election on November 5th. When asked about the impact of the change of US presidents on Russia’s foreign policy, Lavrov said, ‘This is a joke. President Putin has a great sense of humor.
