Putin: Ready to negotiate with Ukraine

According to data from Jin10 on September 5th, Russian President Putin stated on the 5th that he is ready to negotiate with Ukraine. Previously, he had rejected the idea of negotiating with Kiev after the attack on Russia’s Kursk Oblast. Reports indicate that Putin stated in the Q&A session of the Eastern Economic Forum on the 5th that Russia is ready to negotiate, but the basis of the negotiation is a protocol reached in Istanbul in 2022 by Moscow and Kiev negotiation representatives.
