该项目由后量子团队与密码学团队主导，并联合协议架构及协调团队推进，相关研究已持续超过 8 年。平台涵盖后量子对各协议层影响、完整路线图、开源代码与规范等内容，目前已有 10 余个客户端团队参与相关开发网络测试。
