ChainCatcher reports that, according to GoPlus monitoring, hackers attacking Balancer used the permit() authorization mechanism to successfully transfer 195 stS tokens from the address frozen by Sonic Labs, 0xf19…fae2, to a new address, 0x0e9c…44D5, and exchanged them for WBTC and ETH, bypassing the asset freeze measures on the original address.
