OpenAI CFO: The market is overly focused on potential bubbles in the AI sector.

November 6 – According to Jin10 Data, OpenAI Chief Financial Officer Sarah Friar stated that the market is overly worried and focused on the potential bubble in the artificial intelligence sector, and that more enthusiasm should be shown for the technology’s potential. Friar said, “When I think about the actual impact of AI and its effect on individuals, I believe people’s enthusiasm for AI is still not enough. We should keep working hard.”

To support the development of its AI data centers, OpenAI has entered into a series of major deals with NVIDIA and AMD. These deals have been criticized as “internal circulation financing arrangements,” but Friar denied this cycle and said, “What we are doing now is building a complete infrastructure to bring more computing power into this world. I don’t see this as a cycle at all. Last year, a lot of work was focused on diversifying the supply chain.”
