Jin10 Data reported on October 23, that Power BCD announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller's concerted party, Li Aizhen, due to personal funding needs, plans to reduce its holdings of 36 million shares (accounting for 14.15%) by a total of no more than 7.6335 million shares, accounting for 3.00%, through centralized bidding, Block Trading, or a combination of both, within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure. Among them, the reduction through centralized bidding will not exceed 1%, and the reduction through Block Trading will not exceed 2%.
