Investment from one Bitcoin company to another: Increased by more than 80%

Metaplanet, which gained worldwide recognition through Bitcoin purchases and follows in the footsteps of Michael Saylor's company Strategy, is launching a global stock sale worth $1.4 billion that it recently announced. It is planned to use a large portion of the revenue obtained for Bitcoin purchases, with a total of 385 million new shares to be issued.

One of the companies that will invest in Metaplanet is the Nakamoto company, newly established by David Bailey, the CEO of Bitcoin Magazine. Nakamoto, which is a subsidiary of KindlyMD, a health company that David Bailey acquired and transformed into a Bitcoin company, will invest 30 million dollars in Metaplanet.

As is known, KindlyMD's Bitcoin purchases are made through the Nakamoto company. The investment round will be completed on September 16, and shares will be distributed to investors on September 17. This investment has also become Nakamoto's largest investment to date.

Metaplanet, Japan's first Bitcoin treasury company, announced a purchase of 15 million dollars in BTC on Monday. The Tokyo-based company ranks as the 6th company in the world with the most Bitcoin.

Following this news, KindlyMD shares rose by more than 80% and closed yesterday's trading day above 8 dollars.
