SEC accelerates approval of Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund conversion to ETF

According to Gate News bot, The Block reported that the U.S. SEC has accelerated the approval of the New York Stock Exchange Arca’s rule change proposal for the listing of Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund LLC shares.

The SEC approved the rule change ( SR-NYSEARCA-2024-87)( as modified by Amendment No. 1 under Section 19)b()2( of the Exchange Act. The fund is currently available for trading over-the-counter to qualified investors, with an investment portfolio consisting of approximately 80% Bitcoin ), around 11% Ethereum (, and single-digit percentages of Solana, Cardano, and XRP ).
