On March 2nd, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning hosted a routine press conference. A Bloomberg reporter asked whether the spokesperson had any details to share about President Trump’s upcoming visit to China later this month. From China’s perspective, is there a possibility that this visit will take place? In response, Mao Ning said, “China and the U.S. maintain communication regarding interactions between the two heads of state.
