Kingsoft Cloud: Plans to acquire equity of the target company with RMB 50 million and RMB 75 million

Gelonghui March 3 | Kingsoft Cloud announced that on March 3, 2026, the company entered into an equity transfer agreement with Wuhan Kingsoft Cloud (a subsidiary of the company) and Xinghan Zhilian. According to the agreement, Thunder will transfer 20% of its held target company equity to Wuhan Kingsoft Cloud for RMB 50 million (including tax), and transfer 30% of its held target company equity to Xinghan Zhilian for RMB 75 million (including tax).
