Plan to sell a property

Two years ago, I bought a school district house in Shenzhen, and now I’ve used the school district rights. I want to sell it now. Why sell? First, I’m not optimistic about the real estate market in the next 3 to 5 years. Second, at the beginning of the year, I heard that Shenzhen’s real estate market is stabilizing, with monthly second-hand home transactions around 5,000 units. It should be easier to cash out. What to do after selling? I haven’t decided yet. Currently, both the index and convertible bonds are not cheap. Should I deposit in a fixed deposit? Or wait for the index to drop in 3 to 5 years before entering?
