Port St. Lucie is finally anticipated to get a Costco store, a long-desired addition by its residents. The city is set to sell 22 acres to Costco Wholesale for the project, which will be located next to Costco’s existing distribution depot in Southern Grove. A crucial vote on the land sale by the Governmental Finance Corp. is scheduled for March 9.
