Gelonghui March 4th | Wangneng Environment (002034.SZ) announced that at the 17th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors, the company approved the proposal to invest in the Indonesia Wajasi waste incineration power generation project. The company agrees to a total investment of no more than $180 million (equivalent to 1.244 billion RMB based on the exchange rate on March 3, 2026) to build a new 1,500-ton-per-day municipal waste incineration power plant in Wajasi, Indonesia. The total amount involved in this external investment accounts for 8.59% of the company’s latest audited total assets (14.48 billion RMB) and 18.62% of the company’s latest audited net assets (6.682 billion RMB).
