Yunnan Germanium Industry: Intends to increase capital of Yunnan Xinyao Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary, with equity

On November 5th, Jinshi Data reported that Yunnan Germanium Industry announced that all shareholders of its holding subsidiary Yunnan Zhongke Xinyuan Crystal Material Co., Ltd. subscribed to increase the capital of its holding subsidiary Yunnan Xinyao Semiconductor Material Co., Ltd. at a price of 228 million yuan (as of August 31, 2024), based on the audited net assets of Zhongke Xinyuan. The company subscribed to Xinyao Semiconductor with 97.6155% equity of Zhongke Xinyuan at a price of 222 million yuan, increasing its registered capital by 191 million yuan. Huifeng subscribed to Xinyao Semiconductor with 2.3845% equity of Zhongke Xinyuan at a price of 5.4257 million yuan, increasing its registered capital by 4.6628 million yuan. After the capital increase, Xinyao Semiconductor will obtain 100% equity of Zhongke Xinyuan, and its registered capital will increase to 321 million yuan. The company will hold 84.5294% equity of Xinyao Semiconductor.
