Step 1: Register a Gate Account
Please register a Gate account on the Gate app or official website (https://www.gate.com/) and complete KYB verification.
Note: This account will also be used for merchant fund deposits and withdrawals.
Step 2: Register a Merchant Account
Go to this page: https://www.gate.com/pay-merchant , use the Gate UID you registered in Step 1 to activate your merchant account, and fill in the required information.
Step 3: Withdraw Funds from the Merchant Dashboard
Once your merchant account has been verified, log in to the merchant dashboard, click [Balance] - [Withdraw], and select [Fiat Withdrawal].
If you see the message **"Identity verification failed"**, click **[Verify Now]** and follow the instructions to complete the required information.
Follow the prompts to complete enterprise verification.
Step 4: Request a Withdrawal
After your OTC enterprise verification has been approved, return to the page, enter the withdrawal amount, select the receiving account, and click [Next].
Minimum withdrawal amount: The minimum amount will be dynamically displayed on the page.
Step 5: Check Withdrawal Order Status
After the withdrawal is completed, go to [Withdrawal Records] to view the status of your withdrawal orders.
