Februar 2026 in Kraft tritt. Nach dem Aktientausch werden die Aktien des Unternehmens weiterhin unter dem Code „AURE“ gehandelt, jedoch mit einer neuen CUSIP-Nummer. Dieser Aktientausch dient hauptsächlich dazu, die Mindestaktienkursanforderungen für die NASDAQ-Notierung wiederherzustellen. Das Unternehmen baut weiterhin ein auf Blockchain basierendes tokenisiertes Gold-Asset-Programm auf, das als Absicherungsinstrument gegen Inflation, Währungsabwertung und Schwankungen im Kryptowährungsmarkt dienen soll.
