Liquidation Map - How to Read It?

Above the current price level, it represents stop losses or liquidations of those holding short positions. The deeper the color, the stronger the liquidation intensity, meaning more chips are accumulated here. Major institutions often push the price toward these levels to capture market liquidity.

What is a Vacuum Zone?

A vacuum zone in liquidations is where there are no active stop losses or forced liquidations. Relatively speaking, prices in this zone will experience rapid rises or falls.

How Do We Trade?

Liquidation-dense zones are often our entry points. Accompanied by long wicks in naked candles, it indicates that the current price level has obvious resistance/support. Large volumes of reverse-direction orders will be executed at this price, so we follow the major trend and go against the minor trend (follow the major trend, counter the minor trend) $BTC $ETH
