Gate Announcement on enable_decimal Field Added to Futures Contract APIs

To better support string type futures size-related fields and decimal contract quantity trading for selected futures contracts, Gate has enhanced the Futures Contract APIs.

1.Affected APIs

• GET /futures/{settle}/contracts
• GET /futures/{settle}/contracts/{contract}

2.New Field

A new field has been added to the API responses:

enable_decimal

• Type: boolean
• Description: Indicates whether the futures contract supports decimal contract size in string format

Developers may use this field to determine if decimal contract sizes are supported for a given contract.

3.Additional Notes

• Futures size–related fields support string values, and selected contracts allow decimal quantities.
