Gold Finance reported that user X asked Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart on the platform if BlackRock was holding BTC 11,500 for its clients. If a client sells their ETF, BlackRock can hold BTC and give them cash. Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart said that this will not work and BlackRock will be forced to sell Bitcoin. They need to go to the open market and get the best possible execution. They don't just put Bitcoin on the balance sheet, so no.
