Do you know why the account didn't arrive? When you withdraw money, it means that the exchange's existing funds will be reduced, which is something that any exchange is concerned about. But if you conduct C2C transactions on the exchange to cash out, the exchange will be happy to do so and give you free transactions. So it’s best not to mess around with cash withdrawals.
