Nevada Regulator Says Prime Trust is Missing Customer Funds
The Nevada Department of Business and Industry has ordered crypto custody firm Prime Trust to cease all activities which violate Nevada regulations, due to "a shortfall in customer funds." The order also alleges that the company's financial condition has deteriorated to a critically deficient level, and that it is operating at a substantial deficit or may even be insolvent.
