Sam Bankman-Fried Granted Leave to Judicially Review Extradition Terms, Delaying Additional Charges
Sam Bankman-Fried's extradition from the Bahamas to the U.S. has been delayed after judgement from a Bahamas Supreme Court allowed him to judicially review the terms of his extradition. The U.S. prosecutors have asked for additional charges to be added, which Bankman-Fried has moved to dismiss. The Bahamas Supreme Court Judge Loren Klein granted leave to commence proceedings for judicial review and said the Bahamas government cannot add the additional offenses until the legal process has finished.
