Terra's Do Kwon Could Face Prison in U.S. and South Korea: Prosecutor

Do Kwon, co-founder and CEO of Terraform Labs, may face multiple sentences in the US and South Korea, according to a South Korean prosecutor. Kwon is currently under house bail in Montenegro, and both he and Terraform Labs' CFO must remain in Montenegro until a decision about extradition is made. The prosecutor believes that the most efficient way to get justice is to have the investigation and trial take place in South Korea, and that Kwon may face a trial in both countries.
