I am still in the construction business.
Bought an old house and now I am renovating it.
Weather is perfect for this. Not rainy and still not too hot 🌤️
Hopefully I will finish it before summer.
Then I will rent this house and money from this passive income will go into $BTC and specific altcoins, like $ETH , $SOL , $KAS , $INJ , $QUBIC , $RENDER and some others.
If I will be lazy to cope with the tennants, I will simply sell the house and use the money for lump sum investment.
If stocks offer a dip, I will go into them as well.
I already have 2,5x profit on this house after the current renovation.
