If you need others to push you just to make money, then don't bother earning it, really. Making money to become better is a desire that hasn't grown within your own heart. Give up, and just accept that you're an ordinary person in this life. Don't have this kind of mindset. The more difficult it is to say, the more you should push through and do it!
