Just looking at unlocked tokens isn't enough. Lock-ups are typically 100% for three years, so available tokens are actually quite limited. The main thing is waiting for the ecosystem to launch. Once the ecosystem develops, tokens become even more scarce. Three years later when those locked tokens unlock, the ecosystem will have taken off too. There's no conflict at all.
