If you encounter freezing issues during the card opening process at Fiat24, first check your VPN and make sure it's turned off. You must use a mainland IP.



Secondly, you can click the【Clear Cache】button in the upper right corner as shown in the image, or click【Log Out】in the upper left corner and then sign in again. This can basically resolve 99% of freezing issues.
