group 2:
learning tools nobody taught them
actually building things
stacking AI skills while others panic
quietly positioning for the next 10 years
one group is tweeting about the future.
the other is building it at 2am with a $20/month subscription and a clear head.
the gap between these two groups isn't talent.. it's not even access.. it's just decision speed.
