Establishing your fund password is a straightforward process through the Account & Security section. Navigate to your account settings by clicking the profile icon located in the upper right corner of the interface, then select Account & Security.

From there, proceed to Advanced Protection and locate the Fund Password option. Click on Settings to begin the configuration process. Enter your chosen fund password—remembering that it must differ from your login password—and confirm your entry.

Your fund password must meet specific security requirements: it needs to contain between 8 and 30 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one numerical digit. Once you’ve entered a compliant password, complete the mandatory Security Verification step and confirm. Upon successful verification, your fund password becomes active immediately.

Modifying or Deactivating Your Fund Password

Should you need to update your fund password or turn off this security feature entirely, return to the Fund Password section within Advanced Protection. You’ll find either a Change button to modify your current password or a Disable button to remove this requirement.

Important consideration: After resetting your fund password, you cannot execute any withdrawals for a 24-hour period. Plan your fund management activities accordingly to avoid transaction delays during this mandatory waiting period.

What to Do If You Forget Your Fund Password

If you cannot remember your fund password, you have two recovery pathways available. When attempting to disable your fund password, select the “Experiencing issues with verification?” option. Alternatively, in the change password interface, click “Forgot Fund Password.” Either action redirects you to the Reset Security Settings page.

From the Reset Security Settings page, select the Fund Password reset option and proceed with confirmation. The system will require you to complete additional Security Verification procedures. Note that this reset process may demand further authentication steps beyond the initial verification.

The review and verification process typically requires 1-2 working days to complete, during which your request undergoes thorough security evaluation.
