In the live broadcast in 2025, I repeatedly mentioned that I am highly skeptical of the 2026 market. I don’t expect much significant upward movement before at least May or June.
At that time, many people criticized and questioned me, arguing that:
The big influencers outside were talking about a big liquidity injection in 2026, how much support the United States has, how crazy the institutions are, and so on.
Some of these people were forcibly convincing themselves of their beliefs because their knockoff projects were still holding on.
Others simply had no real thinking, and whenever they saw a KOL say east, they believed east; if someone else said west the next day, they believed west.
Months later, revisiting these thoughts, I can’t help but feel a bit emotional. I started my live streams in the summer of 2024 on Gate, and those who have been watching my streams know I prefer low-frequency, large-scale trades. After Bitcoin’s big drop on August 5, 2024, I guided you to buy the dip, continuously live streaming to boost confidence and reaffirm beliefs. When the price was above 100,000, I updated the trend in real-time, and it was risky to hold, so you could take profits. By the end of March 2025, I had already judged that Bitcoin’s bottom was between 7.4K and 7.6K, and I held until around 12W. I posted updates saying I was handing over Bitcoin to those with the right timing. At that time, the whole internet was calling for Bitcoin to reach 15W or 20W. I was so out of the mainstream that I became a target of criticism. You can see that I rarely traded Bitcoin directly; I only took action near the critical top and bottom, but the final results were definitely better than 90% of people.
I say all this not targeting anyone. Whether you lose money or make a profit has nothing to do with me. I want to share my personal experience with smart traders who believe in me, and also reflect on my own journey. Short-term trading is a game of nine lives and one death; trust yourself more than anyone else. Illusions and infatuation won’t change the outcome but will only ruin yourself.
