Whale ETH loses $400 million - Has the surrender begun?
Trend Research, a company owned by Jack Yi, lost approximately $400 million according to on-chain data. Over the past day, the company transferred $183.99 million worth of Ethereum (ETH) to the Binance platform. As a result, its ETH exposure decreased to $1.33 billion, down from nearly $2 billion last month.
It is worth noting that Trend Research's position in Ethereum is twice the size of the Hyperunit whale position linked to Garrett Jin, which was liquidated yesterday.
