Social media already rewired how we think and powered countless propaganda campaigns. But that's just the warm-up act. Large language models? They're playing an entirely different game. The scale of impact could make what we've seen so far look like child's play. Worth thinking about what comes next.

Since the explosion of Web3, I have been reflecting on it. I am actually more cautious about AI than most people... Now reading this article really hits the point. The social media scene is already chaotic enough, and if LLMs are truly used to generate content everywhere? Just thinking about it gives me a headache. How will humans live when distinguishing between real and fake becomes so difficult?

Honestly, the social media approach is already terrifying enough, and now with LLMs coming, it feels even more extreme... It's really just an upgraded version of thought control tools.

ngl llm this wave is really more treacherous than the social media era. Who will be able to tell real from fake then?

Honestly, if the entire set of LLMs is truly rolled out comprehensively, our current information environment is just like a small-town exam taker. Who will be able to tell the real from the fake then?

Uh... so LLM is even more ruthless than social media? Are we still playing small games now?
