BitMine once again increases its holdings of Ethereum, purchasing 6,678 ETH in a single transaction valued at nearly $20 million
According to the on-chain data tracking platform Onchain Lens, BitMine-related addresses have made another large purchase of Ethereum through BitGo custody services. In this transaction, BitMine bought a total of 6,678 ETH, which, based on the current Ethereum price, amounts to a transaction scale of $19.63 million.
This transaction occurred on December 24, marking BitMine’s recent continued optimism towards Ethereum assets. The holdings movements of institutional investors have always been an important reference signal for the market, especially in large single transactions that better reflect the true intentions of institutions. By conducting such operations through professional custody channels like BitGo, BitMine demonstrates its emphasis on asset security and transaction transparency.
From a broader perspective, major institutional investors are continuously increasing their Ethereum reserves under the current market conditions, reflecting confidence in the long-term value of this core public chain asset. The emergence of on-chain monitoring tools like Onchain Lens allows retail investors to track institutional accumulation trends in real-time, providing more reference dimensions for market participation.
