The least convincing long-term logic I see is the analogy argument of 'a certain coin is the next certain coin.'
These kinds of stories can indeed ride the wave of market enthusiasm and FOMO sentiment in the early stages. But once the hype fades and capital inflow stops, these trades usually come to an end. Those who chase trends are often the last to catch on. Instead of chasing hot topics, it's better to focus on the project's fundamentals and genuine market demand.

To be honest, I'm already tired of the "next xxx" narrative; it's always the last batch to buy the dip who ends up holding the bag.
Fundamentals are the key, everything else is just noise.

You're so right. Every time, someone is hyping "the next BTC" or "the next ETH." And what happens? A bunch of bagholders, while the real profit-makers have already run away.
The fate of chasing concepts is to be chased by concepts.

You're absolutely right. Every time, someone tells me this coin is the next that coin, and I just mute them haha.
Focusing on fundamentals is the way to go. Those who only tell stories will be cut off sooner or later.

That's right, those chasing the "next XX" are all bagholders, it's always the same routine.

It's just the mentality of chasing the bag. You'll be shocked once the hype dies down.
