I have a current feeling that for a project to truly develop in the long term, relying on just one aspect simply won't work. Solid online community management is the foundation; it requires genuine interaction and accumulation. At the same time, community participation in building is crucial—when users are truly engaged and involved, their sense of belonging becomes very strong. But these alone are not enough; offline promotion and publicity must keep pace to let more people know about it, thereby creating real influence. These three aspects are interconnected; missing one will leave regrets. From what I see now, successful projects are generally those that coordinate these areas quite well.

Offline promotion has really been overlooked by many projects, they just hype themselves up in the community. How can we break out of the circle like this?

Nonsense, it still depends on execution. What's the use of just talking about coordination?

That's right, but many projects are dead on the offline side. Just chatting in groups is useless.

I've been saying this for a long time: online and offline integration is the trend. Projects that only burn money to build communities tend to die quickly. I saw through this logic three years ago. Now, if you're only doing online, you're just waiting to be eliminated. Missing this opportunity would really be a regret. Stop talking so much. The core is two words—coordination. Whoever can connect the three rings will win; that's the secret to wealth. Some are still struggling with community operation details, but true success stories have long since laid out offline promotion. Take your time to think about it. Well said. I've been emphasizing this framework all along. Those interested can check out my previous in-depth analysis. Having a vibrant community alone isn't enough; it needs to be known outside the circle too. If you don't act now, there won't be another chance. Time waits for no one.

That's right, online and offline need to work together, or else it's like a cripple walking... We experienced this setback early in our project; the community activity increased, but there was no offline presence, and gradually it cooled off. Now the main focus is to connect these three aspects.

That's true, but how many projects can really coordinate these three aspects now? Most are still just talking online, while offline promotion is terribly bad.

That's correct, but the last point is the easiest to overlook... The cost of offline promotion is exploding.
