Closed out my longs on both BTC and XMR—all profits off the table. The first position tested my patience hard, honestly a grind with mediocre risk-to-reward. The second one? That was smooth sailing. Fastest execution, best RR ratio I've hit in a while. Now sitting on the sidelines, flat and waiting. Sometimes the best trade is knowing when to step back.

Cash out to feel secure, I respect this mindset. The XMR trade was indeed smooth, but the BTC trade was really torturous.

I like this approach; taking profits when the time is right is the true way to go.

Taking profits is the right move, don't be greedy. That BTC trade was indeed tough, but this wave of XMR was enjoyable. Now it's okay to stay out of the market and observe. Sometimes, restraint is the first step to making money.

This RR is so bad it takes your breath away. Better wait for the next arbitrage opportunity in the mempool.

Early to shore, wise. That BTC trade was indeed torturous, while XMR went smoothly and effortlessly. That's the market, right? The key is knowing when to rest, which is much more valuable than those chasing the rally.

Retreating completely, now that's what a true winner looks like

actually, the discipline to take profits and sit flat is where most traders fumble the bag. the empirical evidence on behavioral economics suggests this kind of patience is rarer than people think—fundamentally speaking, knowing when to step back is like understanding the opportunity cost of capital allocation. not sexy, but it's how fortunes compound.

Timely profit-taking makes you a winner; this move is quite impressive.
