$EU bulls just caught a break. Traders who jumped on that engulfing setup at support didn't get faked out—price actually stuck the landing, holding both the 50 and 200 EMA through the breakout. That's textbook follow-through. From a psych angle, what we saw was seller exhaustion written all over that candle. The rejection at support, the reversal pattern, the smooth holds on key moving averages—it all paints the same picture: demand is pushing back hard, and supply's running thin.

Another story of "seller exhaustion." The main players are really skilled. Not fooling the retail investors this time is considered a win?

The moment the seller was exhausted, I knew it was time to take off.

The seller is really exhausted, huh? This rebound has some substance.

ngl the 50/200 hold is statistically significant but let's not pretend support rejection alone proves exhaustion—theoretically speaking, you need volume confirmation to actually rule out bear traps, and nobody's talking about that... also contrary to popular belief, smooth ema crosses don't guarantee follow-through, given historical data on false breakouts

Finally, it's not a false breakout anymore. This time, the EU seems to have some real potential.

The 50 and 200 moving averages are both holding steady, now that's a real breakout. But don't celebrate too early; I've seen too many instances over the years where, after a "supply exhaustion," the market suddenly dumps. Get the position right, but risk management is even more important.

The seller has run out of blood; this rebound is quite interesting.

The sellers have exhausted, this rebound is solid.
