#密码资产动态追踪 $BTC $BNB $SOL——Whenever the market rises, someone always says, "It would have been great if I had bought a few years ago." It sounds very reasonable, as if rewinding time would make financial freedom easily achievable. But in reality? When you actually hold the coins in your hands, it's a different story. Can you hold on? That's the toughest question. The test of mentality is often more brutal than choosing the right coins.

That's right. If I had known about Bitcoin back in 1988, I would have already relaxed by now. But I also have to admit, if I had to hold at $20,000 for five years, I would definitely not be able to sleep. Mindset, you know, is worth much more than technical analysis.

Buddy, I've heard this kind of talk too many times. I also fantasized back in 2017 about going all-in on BTC, but now that I think about it, how many people actually held on? I myself broke down last year, repeatedly buying low and selling high with one BTC, and ended up wiping out my gains. I still regret it to this day. The key isn't choosing the right coin; it's having that kind of resolve. Right now, I'm just holding and doing nothing, basically pouting at myself.

It's easy to get coins, but holding on is the real skill. I just want to ask, how many can really stay up until dawn?

Holding is the true difficulty in the game; choosing coins has become a distraction. Those who have survived until now from the wave a few years ago are not because of their sharp vision, but simply due to survivor bias in psychological resilience.

Really, I've seen too many people shout "I knew it," only to cut their losses when the market drops, and their mindset collapses.

Holding on is the real key, that's right. A bunch of people look back and think they're geniuses; it would really drive them crazy if they had to hold for three years without moving now.

Everyone who held on made a fortune, while many who let go lost out. Honestly, it's all about mental preparation.

Really, it's so heartbreaking. Last year, I was holding SOL, but a wave of decline forced me to sell at a loss. Now that it's back up, I feel like vomiting blood. Holding on is truly harder than anything else.

That hits too close to home. I'm the kind of person who can't hold on; every time it rises halfway, I get itchy and sell off.
