Sticking to early sleep and early wake-up these days has definitely improved my mental state. During the day, my mind is clearer, and my emotions are more stable. I'm less procrastinating when doing things. I used to think that staying up late was "earning a bit more time," but now I realize it was actually overdrawing my judgment. After adjusting my routine, many small irritations will naturally fade away. I don't expect to become disciplined overnight; restoring my condition is more valuable than anything else.
