Most people crave certainty—it's comfortable, predictable, safe. But that mindset? It's a cage.

I'm wired differently. I'm built to disrupt, to challenge the status quo. If there's nothing broken to fix, nothing to optimize or innovate, I'm already looking for the exit. Comfort is the death of progress.

I've witnessed it firsthand—organizations, projects, even entire communities that fell into stagnation. They started with fire, momentum, vision. Then they settled. They optimized for stability instead of growth. And one by one, they faded away. It's a tragedy I've seen play out too many times, and it's real.

The world belongs to the restless.

That's true, but the reality is that most people can't bear the cost of this restlessness.

The comfort zone is truly a slow poison. Those who say "stability is the most important" have long been out of the game.

The comfort zone is a chronic poison. I've seen too many projects die because of the word "stability."

That's true, but I've seen too many "destroyers" eventually give up and lie flat. Not everyone can sustain constant agitation.
